| I would like to say that Gloria and the Ashmore Group worked wonders for us while helping us prepare our house to sell. We bought the house during our first tour here at Ft. Hood in May, 1995. We received orders to PCS in June, 1999. This was our first house purchase and of course, now we were faced with what to do with our prized possession. We tried to sell it during the first 6 months, but it didn’t sell, so we had to resort to renting, which was a nightmare! We came back to Ft. Hood in January, 2003. Our prized possession was almost a wreck!!! After many repairs and upgrades, we finally got it past the state it was in when we first bought it. I fell in love with my house once again!!! So, this time, when we received orders to PCS, I was heartbroken because I didn’t want to put our house through the same torture it endured before. While we were visiting our son at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina in February of this year, we were boarding the plane at the Fayetteville Airport and began talking with one of the attendants there about how we had to get ready to prepare our house to sell because we would be leaving Ft. Hood soon. At that point, he gave us a handwritten piece of paper with Gloria’s information on it. He said that she worked wonders for him when he prepared to sell his house when he was here and we would love her service. Well, my husband contacted Gloria and it was EXACTLY as the man in Carolina had described. Gloria and her staff were very attentive to our needs and gave us EXACTLY what we were asking for. Long story short, we finished the final paperwork to put the house on the market on a Friday, around 7:15 p.m. We received a call from a representative from Gloria’s staff that Saturday around 11:00 a.m. asking us if they could bring a client over to look at the house! Less than 24 hours, we had a prospective buyer!!!! AWESOME!!!! Of course, they fell in love with the house and were locally approved that weekend!!! Gloria never got a chance to put a lock box on the house before it was sold!!!! During the “interviewing” phase, Gloria told us that once the house is on the market, be prepared to move right away!!!! My husband and I thought it was just another selling point, but she definitely made a believer out of us!!!!!!!! Gloria and the Ashmore group are an outstanding, very professional group of folks and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know of who will be coming this way!!!

Hello Gloria, I want to say Thank You for the effort you and your team put into selling my house. This was the first time I has ever tried to sell a house and it was something that I was not looking forward. My in-laws had a house in Austin, TX that sat with a "for Sale" sign for an entire year. Quite frankly, I was preparing myself to have my house sit on the market for 6 months. When you told me you would work hard to sell my house within a month, I thought you were tiring to make me feel better. I cannot tell you how thankful I was that you were able to get two excellent offers within 2 weeks of having the house for sale. I also had some concerns about selling my house since I was not in the Killeen area. However, your staff made sure I was informed about everything I would have to do. They allowed me ample time to plan for things like trips to Killeen to make the house ready for sale. It also felt good knowing that if I was unable to make the house ready myself, that your staff would have done it for me. It takes a certain type of personality to make sales, and within minutes of meeting you I felt comfortable that you would be able to sell my house.... I just had no idea it be less than 2 weeks. We spent the previous 45 days on leave, visiting relatives and living out of suitcases and the 5 years previous to that in Japan.I wanted a home and I wanted it that very minute and that wasn’t soon enough for me. Out of all the realtors I could have chosen, first she answered her phone in person and second she told me she would find me a home that day. And I believed her. She took us to see 15 houses. All of which was as far away as Gatesville. At around 6:00pm she took us to our "New Home". In all I think she spent 12 hours with us and never once did she lose her cool. In 2 days we were in our house, within 2 weeks it belonged to us,lock.stock and barrel. Never once did she tell us she would do anything she couldn't and she did exactly everything she said she would do. I nicknamed her " Gloria Hallelujah"! She made us feel like a family and will always love her and hope we have formed a friendship that will last as long as we live. There are not enough words to describe how I feel about that Lady. I had a real estate license in Alabama about 10 years ago and I don't care for the rat race, even though I loved the real estate concept. Gloria has changed the way I feel about people in real estate. She is totally "REAL". I'm glad I don't have to compete with her. I consider her the best in the business.
